Structure and Principle

Structure: This Hydrocyclone consists of a cylindrical Hydrocyclone and a cylindrical/conical Hydrocyclone connected in series. It has three discharge ports for clean coal, middling coal, and gangue, respectively.

Operating Principle: Under the influence of centrifugal force and density field, the material being sorted first separates the light product (clean coal) in the cylindrical Hydrocyclone. A portion of the high-density suspension and the heavy products (middling coal and gangue) enter the second-stage re-selection Hydrocyclone through a connecting pipe, where the middling coal and gangue are separated.

Product Features

High Sorting Efficiency: The axial center feeding method eliminates interfacial circulation interference, resulting in high sorting efficiency and a quantitative efficiency of over 98%.

Wide Feed Particle Size: The feed particle size range is wide, with an upper limit of 100mm and a lower limit of 0.3mm, accommodating the sorting of coals of different particle sizes. High Sorting Precision: An adjustable overflow pipe enables online adjustment of the two-stage sorting density, resulting in high sorting accuracy, with an Ep value of 0.03 kg/l or less in the first stage and 0.05 kg/l or less in the second stage.

 

Low Wear: Utilizing a high-Alumina ceramic lining with an alumina content exceeding 95%, this special high-alumina ceramic offers excellent wear resistance, reducing wear on the pump and piping system and lowering equipment maintenance costs.

 

Flexible Layout: A variety of layout options, including parallel, vertical, and linear, can be adopted to suit site space requirements, offering high adaptability.

 

Application Scenarios: Primarily used in full-grade or desludging graded sorting processes, it is suitable for sorting high-sulfur, difficult-to-select, and extremely difficult-to-select raw coal. It effectively improves coal quality and reduces pollutant emissions during coal combustion.
