Structure and Principle
Composition: It consists of an internal high-hardness ceramic patch layer and an external metal pipe. The ceramic patch is generally made of wear-resistant ceramic materials such as alumina or zirconia. It is adhered to the inner wall of the pipe with a high-temperature resistant strong adhesive. After heating and curing, it forms a strong anti-wear layer.
Working Principle: Utilizing the high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance of ceramic materials, it resists erosion and corrosion from media such as ash, coal dust, and slurry, protecting the outer metal pipe and extending the service life of the entire pipeline system.
Performance
High Wear Resistance:The ceramic patch layer typically contains greater than 92% alumina and has a hardness of HRA ≥ 85. Its wear resistance is ten times higher than that of hardened carbon steel and superior to tungsten-cobalt carbide, effectively resisting erosion by particulate matter.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance:The ceramic patch and inorganic adhesive are chemically stable and resistant to various inorganic acids, organic acids, and organic solvents, with corrosion resistance over ten times that of stainless steel. Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: The ceramic layer is made of dense corundum with an expansion coefficient of 6-8*10-6/°C. It offers excellent heat resistance and can generally operate at 350°C for extended periods, meeting most operating conditions.
Smooth Inner Surface Reduces Resistance: The smooth surface allows material to flow freely, preventing material buildup and blockage, reducing frictional losses within the pipe and improving conveying efficiency.
Lightweight and Easy Installation: The ceramic density of 3.8-3.97g/cm? is one-third lighter than ordinary pipes, making it easy to handle, reducing the load on support equipment, saving material costs, and making installation easier and faster.
Reduced Maintenance Costs: Its exceptional wear resistance significantly reduces maintenance frequency, saving both repair costs and labor.

Installation Method:
Surface Cleaning and Dust Removal: Before installation, finely polish the pipe attachment area to remove rust. Clean the surface with a thinner such as alcohol to ensure a clean surface. Glue Preparation and Application: Prepare the adhesive according to the appropriate ratio and use within half an hour. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Apply the adhesive evenly, ensuring that both the adhesive surface and the sides are fully coated. Avoid any leaks.
Curing: After application, press firmly and fill any gaps between tiles before applying. Allow to cure for 24-48 hours before use.
Applications
Power Industry:Used in power plant boiler pulverizing systems, pulverized powder conveying pipes, coarse-fine powder separator pipes, and coal drop pipes; primary and secondary air ducts in combustion systems; and ash and slag handling systems, including slag discharge pipes, pulverized powder return pipes, and dry ash conveying pipes.
Metallurgical Industry: Used in steel plant raw material conveying pipes, material collection pipes, dust removal pipes, ash discharge pipes, and ash drop pipes, protecting against abrasion from ore particles and dust.
Mining Industry: Widely used in tailings and concentrate conveying pipes in mineral processing plants, and in port slurry and sediment conveying pipes, reducing slurry-induced wear on pipes. Chemical industry: Suitable for pipelines that transport corrosive and abrasive chemical raw materials, slurries and other media, such as desulfurization slurry conveying pipelines.
